Terms of Service Agreement

Welcome to GoMenuz! This document constitutes a legally binding agreement ("Agreement") between you and Innovblaze Labs (OPC) Private Limited, governing your use of our digital menu hosting services ("Services").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using GoMenuz, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement, including our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using our Services immediately.
2. Use of Services
(a) Restaurant Owners: You may use GoMenuz to upload menu details, images, and contact information for the purpose of hosting a digital menu accessible to guests.
(b) Guests: Guests can view menus via a shared link and may place orders directly through WhatsApp. GoMenuz does not handle or process food orders on behalf of restaurants.
(c) Restrictions: You agree not to misuse our Services, upload unlawful or infringing content, or attempt unauthorized access to GoMenuz systems.
3. Accounts
(a) Registration: To host a menu, you must create an account and provide accurate and up-to-date information.
(b) Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. GoMenuz is not liable for any unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.
4. Payments and Pricing
(a) Subscription: Hosting fees are paid by the restaurant owner. Guests are not charged to access menus.
(b) Subscription Period: Once the subscription period expires, the hosted menu link will automatically become unavailable until renewed.
(c) Processor: Payments are handled securely through Razorpay. GoMenuz does not store sensitive payment details.
(d) Refunds: Fees are non-refundable once a transaction is successfully completed, except in cases of verified technical error.
(e) Menu Changes: Any updates or modifications requested by the restaurant owner after the initial setup may be chargeable as per our service policy.
5. Intellectual Property
(a) Ownership: Restaurants retain ownership of their menus and images. However, by uploading, you grant GoMenuz a limited license to host and display the content for the duration of your subscription.
(b) Platform Rights: All rights to the GoMenuz platform and its software are owned by Innovblaze Labs (OPC) Private Limited.
6. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your information.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
GoMenuz provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantees that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for your particular use case.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Innovblaze Labs (OPC) Private Limited be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising out of your use of GoMenuz. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Innovblaze Labs (OPC) Private Limited from any claims or liabilities arising from your use of GoMenuz or violation of this Agreement.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your hosted menu will no longer be accessible.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
